I went to the power house museum last week and they had these amazing chairs that design students had made. They focused on what they hated about school chairs when they were younger and then re-designed them... very creative, very imaginative and very worth while seeing. I love that schools are normally so boring and then they have created these wonderful colourful chairs that would brighten up any classroom.
They also show how each chair was made and also had portfolios that came with each design that included the thought process and the sketches that were done in the process...
This chair and pillow was all hand stitched, every part of the bird was carefully stitched to create a life like picture. amazing!!
